  4. Jab yah mishran thanda ho jaaye to isse apne scalp ko 30 minute tak massage karen.
  5. Massage karne ke baad apne baalon ko thande paani se dho len.
Lehsun me bahut se poshak tatva jaise calcium, zinc, sulphur, etc. hote hain jo baalo ko badhane me labhkaari hote hain. Iske alawa lehsun me antimicrobial properties hoti hain jo germs ko maarne me kaafi asardaar hoti hain.

  1. Ek ande ko fod len aur isme se safed hisse ko kisi bowl me len.
  2. Isme ek bada chammach olive oil daalen aur mishran ko achi tarah se chalayen.
  3. Is mishran ko apne baalon aur scalp par achi tarah se lagayen.
  4. 15-20 minute tak mishran ko apne sir par laga chhodh den.
  5. Apne sir ko shampoo se dho len.

  1. Taazi aloe vera ki patti le aur ise achi tarah se saaf kar len.

  3. Ek chhoti katori me pighla hua nariyal ka tel len aur isme aloe vera ki patti ke tukde daal den.
  4. Is katori ko garam paani par rakh den taaki mishran halka garam ho jaaye. Yaad rahe ki aapko tel ko gas par directly nahin rakhna hai.
  5. Ab is mishran ko thanda hone ke liye rakh den.
  6. Is mishran ko apne scalp par lagayen aur massage karen.
  7. 40 minute baad apne baalo ko dho len.
